We seek to realize the full potential of your wine investment with us. As such, the usual bar fridge or kitchen cabinet will never be the ideal place. The ideal storage location should have in-house wine experts who will treat your wines as their own and handle it with extreme care so your investment appreciates to the maximum value.

Experience has shown that the ideal climatic conditions for wine storage should be with constant temperature of 15 degree Celsius and a relative humility of 65% in order to prevent wines from ageing prematurely and the labels from turning moldy. In addition, wines should be kept away from lights and vibrations.

Furthermore, to protect your interest, the wines are kept under bonded storage and with insurance coverage. The customary taxes like customs duty and GST are eliminated in the process and they will only be applicable when you decide to consume your wines in Singapore. As for insurance coverage, it ensures that your investment is protected against theft, fire and breakage.

Spacious temperature-controlled facilities are available to house premium fine wines, where regular stringent checks are conducted on the storage temperature and the overall environment.

At Toll Zenecon, Its facilities include:

A climate-controlled, vibration free, adequately-ventilated environment for medium to long term wine storage
Constant temperature (between 10-15 degree Celsius) and humidity (approximately 60%) control
24hr security via closed-circuit TV monitoring and comprehensive insurance
